In 2015, Tiffany & Co. reintroduced a design that genuinely resonated with collectors. A watch rooted in its own archive.
The East West Drivers Watch was launched during a broader resurgence of interest in Tiffany signed timepieces. Collectors were once again appreciating Tiffany not just as a retailer, but as a historic name deeply connected to early 20th century watch design. This release felt intentional and informed.
The design takes direct cues from a vintage Tiffany drivers watch from the early 1900s. The rectangular case is rotated horizontally, allowing the time to be read while driving without turning the wrist. It is elegant, distinctive and unmistakably Art Deco in spirit.
The silver dial is signed Tiffany & Co. New York and features elongated vintage inspired numerals that feel lifted straight from the brand’s historical design language. The typography, layout and proportions all echo Tiffany’s past rather than chasing modern trends.
At 25 × 42mm, the case wears slim and refined. It sits comfortably on the wrist and feels purposeful rather than novelty. The black Tiffany leather strap and signed Tiffany clasp complete the watch beautifully.
Condition & Accessories
This example comes with its original black leather Tiffany presentation box, iconic Tiffany blue outer box and instruction booklet.
As with every watch we sell, it has been fully inspected and professionally checked to meet our exacting standards and is supplied with a 12 month Watts On Watches warranty.
Vintage Styling With Modern Accessibility
The East West is a superb example of heritage design executed correctly. It does not attempt to reinvent Tiffany. It celebrates it.
The vintage styling draws directly from the brand’s early 20th century archive. The Art Deco numerals, the horizontal drivers layout and the restrained elegance all feel authentic.
At £1,450, it represents outstanding value. When compared to a Must de Cartier Tank at significantly higher price points, this offers similar rectangular dress watch appeal and vintage character at a far more accessible level. It delivers heritage, design integrity and brand prestige without the premium typically associated with Cartier.
