To use cryptocurrency as payment, please contact Watts On Watches directly at info@wattsonwatches.co.uk. They will provide you with a payment link to securely pay using your chosen cryptocurrency.

Once you’ve made your cryptocurrency payment, your order will be confirmed and the watch will be yours.

Which Currencies are Accepted?

The following cryptocurrencies are accepted by the Xmoney platform:

  How Does it Work With Conversion Rates?

  The conversion rate is locked in for 15 minutes once you confirm your intent to purchase the item by following the link in your payment email. After this time, you will need to restart the process.

  Can I Pay You Directly Into Your Company Wallet?

  Watts On Watches does not accept direct payments via cryptocurrency, as they do not own a company wallet. Instead, they use the Xmoney platform to convert the currencies into fiat currencies such as GBP, which they receive as payment.

  What About Returns and Refunds?

  If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting Watts On Watches directly. Refunds of payments made in cryptocurrency will be credited in GBP (Pounds Sterling) via the Xmoney platform. Please note that Watts On Watches accepts no responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate between the date of payment and the date of any refund.
