At Watts On Watches, Tom and Josh have always said that Omega Seamasters from the 50s and '60s are some of the best entry-level vintage watches out there. This watch is arguably the best vintage Omega we have ever seen.
This Omega Seamaster is one of the rarest examples to come across our desk in quite a while. It sports a gold capped case, original Omega crown but its main talking point is it’s excellent black dial, a very hard thing to find on these models and usually much more expensive. It has applied dial details rendered in a yellow gold and the case is a great size at 34.5mm diameter – but it stands out with eye-catching details, like the applied and sharply faceted hour markers that catch the light and add extra visual presence on the wrist.
