A classic steel case Omega Seamaster, exuding charm and sophistication; this 1958 Omega has been lovingly preserved and cared for with desirable 'fat lugs' that gives the watch a more modern aesthetic that has remained popular to this day. So much so, that there are re-issues of this style and design in the Omega catalogues of recent years.
Featuring an ivory-coloured 'Explorer' style dial with a very subtle 'domed' effect to the dial edge. The mirror polished and applied hour markers and dauphine hands really shine and stand out against their background.
The lugs, together with the chunky case back, make the watch stand slightly proud when put on the wrist, which enhances the overall look and size. The movement is the automatic, self-winding, Caliber 501, which is consistently reliable, efficient and became a staple of watchmaking for decades due to its accuracy and performance.
