Here at Watts On Watches, we are particularly big fans of Omega Constellations. They always pack bags of character and collectibility, and this example is no exception. This 1954 Constellation is a very early example of the Omega Constellation and has a beautiful and quite rare waffle crosshair dial with rather lovely dial details comprising applied gold exaggerated arrowheads and Arabic hour markers, and elegant Dauphine hands. The stainless steel case is in good unpolished condition and displays the observatory emblem on the back. The watch also boasts its original Omega logo engraved acrylic crystal and Constellation crown, which are commonly replaced on these early Constellation examples. The watch is powered by the 354 bumper movement, which has received a recent service. On top of all these wonderful details, the watch is finished with a vintage black Omega leather strap in impeccable condition and Omega pin buckle.
