This is one of the most underrated Reversos you can buy.
The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Memory takes everything that makes the Reverso iconic and adds a layer of mechanical intrigue that most collectors overlook. In a market that often focuses on simpler Reverso models, pieces like this remain quietly exceptional and, in my opinion, represent incredible value.
At first glance, you have the classic Reverso. A beautifully executed silver dial with guilloche finishing, Arabic numerals and small seconds. Clean, elegant and exactly what you expect from one of the most timeless designs in watchmaking.
Flip the case, and the watch completely transforms.
The reverse reveals a black dial with a flyback chronograph, displayed through a continuous 60 minute counter. It is a clever, highly unusual complication that feels completely different from traditional chronograph layouts. The contrast between the two dials is what makes this watch so compelling. One side is refined and classical, the other is technical and unexpected.
Inside sits the Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 862 manual wind movement. A beautifully engineered movement that delivers this dual personality while remaining slim and wearable.
The mid-size case at 39mm by 23mm is perfectly judged. It wears elegantly, sits flat on the wrist and stays true to the original proportions that define the Reverso.
