Do chronographs come much cleaner than this? A chronograph good enough for Sean Connery is good enough for us. A classic chronograph model, the Top-Time’s dial is typical of the simplified designs that were popular of watchmakers during the 1960s. The dial itself has a silver, satin finish and there are two sub dials which display seconds to the left whilst and on the right, a 45-minute counter which registers minutes whilst the chronograph is running. The Breitling Top Time 2000 was conceived in the early 60s as a variation to the Navitimer range of Breitling chronographs; one of the highlights here is the stunning yet simple dial and the iconic Venus 188 manual wind movement which make it a very popular choice with the vintage market.
